To book your School Group, please fill out a Field Trip Booking Request Form at least 14 days in advance. You do not need to confirm this order and being booked does not mean you are committed to this visit. Should you wish to cancel, let us know by responding to this email. There is no penalty to cancel but should you do so, please note that cancellations are irreversible.
Send the group leader ONLY to the ticket window to CHECK-IN. Provide your final headcount and one lump sum payment, using one tender type. Accepted tender types: Cash & Credit Card. Not accepted: Cheque & Debit card.
The Vancouver Aquarium is set up to do self-directed visits ONLY, as we have not built up our Education Department post Covid. It is our goal to return to full programming but want to ensure we do it in a thoughtful, sustainable way.

*In order to qualify for these rates, groups must have a minimum of 20 paying people.
Students or adults with an active Vancouver Aquarium membership can use it for entry. Please just provide membership # at arrival.
Only BC Schools K-12 qualify for these discounted rates. If your group falls outside of these parameters, please consider the following booking options:
We do not have storage space for group belongings. We do have small lockers that teachers can use, but they are limited.
Most groups use school buses whenever possible. If you are taking public transit, the #19 bus comes into Stanley Park, and then you will need to walk to the entrance (about a 5 min walk). If you are driving, please note that the Vancouver Park Board has implemented pay parking throughout Stanley Park, and they do monitor the lot consistently. View Lot Details. It is NOT managed by the Vancouver Aquarium, and we have no control over the rates, etc.
