Our Fin-tastic Taco proudly won 1st place in the Vancouver Foodster 11th Annual Taco Challenge. Now that's something to taco 'bout! These tasty tacos featured West Coast inspired flavours and tempura-style sustainable Pacific Cod, crispy pickled ginger, and spicy slaw on a warm flour tortilla.
