The Vancouver Aquarium will be hosting an accessibility event from 9:30 am to noon on Sunday August 21. Light and audio levels will be reduced around the aquarium to create a more sensory-friendly environment for guests, and staff from Canucks Autism Network will be on hand with information about their services and programs.
We also have comfort kits that can be taken out free of charge from Guest Services, including noise-blocking ear protectors, fidget toys, instructive cue cards and a photographic activity guide. We are committed to providing all of our visitors the opportunity to connect with the incredible at the Vancouver Aquarium. Come visit the 65,000 animals and over 120 world-class exhibits during our Sensory Friendly Hours!
You can purchase your tickets online and skip the line. Guests with a disability, who purchase a full-price ticket, can invite a personal care attendant to join them for free, to help facilitate their visit. We also accept the Access2 card.
