Junior Biologist Club
The 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. time slot is for 6-9 year olds.
The 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. time slot is for 10-13 year olds.
Junior Biologist Club participants are now eligible for seven levels of recognition. Recipients will be awarded with an ocean-themed badge that they can wear with pride.
Our Junior Biologist community page offers participants a chance to further their knowledge on the ocean by linking important resources, videos, photos and maps for each individual Junior Biologist theme. Our discussion page allows students to interact with our educators to ask questions before and after their club session.

JBC will feature a variety of activites including in-depth presentations, behind the scene visits, classroom activities, gallery exploration & activities as well as time spent outside in nature.
Please dress and be prepared for all weather. Some of the activities will be outside the classroom.
Please pack a small snack for your child. Our fish don’t eat nuts and neither do our JBC'ers! Please help us ensure the safety of all kids by not packing any snacks that includes nuts.
Drop off is 15 minutes prior to the start time (morning session is at 9 am, the afternoon session is at 1 pm) at the AquaQuest Reception entrance on the north side of the building.
Please have your ID ready when you arrive for pick up. Pick up is at 11 am for the morning session and 3 pm for the afternoon session. Pick up is at the AquaQuest Reception just like where drop off was.
Cancellations made between 7-14 days of the program start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date will not be refunded. Rescheduling within 14 days of the program date will result in a 25% rebooking fee. Missed programs will not be refunded nor rescheduled. The Ocean Wise Education team reserves the right to cancel any program due to low registration. Pro-D camps with fewer than 5 participants will be cancelled.
