Internships at the Vancouver Aquarium
Internships are recruited for seasonally based on the needs of the organization. Internship descriptions will be posted here along with instructions for application. Students will be accepted based on skill sets and availability. Applications are accepted from any country and Canadian applicants are given first priority.

- Marine Mammal Training Internship Program (ongoing throughout the year. Next placement deadline is March 20, 2010)
Interested in a career in Marine Mammal Training? If you have the relavant skills and experience you could test the waters!
- Marine Mammal Rescue Internship Program (**NEW Summer 2010 dates. Application deadline is March 1st, 2010)

- Tropical Waters Aquarist Internship (ongoing throughout the year)
Get your hands wet while caring for our tropical fish, amphibians and birds with our Tropical Waters Department during this 2.5month internship.
- Animal Health Externship (**NEW. Application deadline is February 28 of the year requested)
Animal health technologist and Veterinary technician students in their final year are encouraged to apply. Three (3) unpaid externships are available for 2 - 3 weeks each.
