The Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre is open 365 days of the year.

Summer Admission Rates (starting June 28)

Avoid Waiting In Line! Become a Vancouver Aquarium member and use our Express entrance. 

Methods of payment accepted: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Travellers Cheques (with two valid pieces of identification; one must be photo identification) .

Pre-paid Admission & Online Tickets

Pre-paid Admission Tickets can be purchased through the Booking Office, at 604-659-3552, or at

programs@vanaqua.org. Please allow time for tickets to be mailed. The Bookings office is open between 8:30am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Pre-paid tickets may also be purchased in person at the Membership Desk located at the entrance to the Aquarium. Or, purchase tickets online for a specific day and print your tickets at home by following this link below: https://tickets.vanaqua.org/

Annual Membership Pass (GST included)

*Up to 5 people. No more than two adults and three children (aged 4-18).

Rates for each additional person on a Family Membership Pass (maximum 3 persons):

Registered Not-for-Profit charities may fax (659-3515) to receive the Non-Profit Group rate.

School/Youth/Camp Group Rates (GST included)

Pre-booking is required. Please contact the booking office at
604-659-3552 or email programs@vanaqua.org  Monday to Friday, 8:30am to
4:30pm to make your booking.

Tour Groups

Note: This section is intended for tour operators. Click here if you are looking for information on school programs.

Your group experience will include:

• Exclusive tour group drop off area.
• Exclusive tour group meeting area.
• Paid motorcoach parking adjacent to the Vancouver Aquarium.
• Complimentary General Admission for the Tour Escort/Driver.
• Complimentary snack voucher for Tour Escort/Director.
• Multi-lingual visitor map.

Each day your group can experience:

• Steller sea lion shows, beluga whale shows, dolphin shows, sea otter feeds and shark dives.
• The UpStream Café and SubShop serving West Coast favourites year round.
• The Gift Shop at the Vancouver Aquarium offering groups a wide variety of fun and unique aquatic-related gifts.
• A wheelchair accessible attraction.
• Give your group time to explore spectacular Stanley Park. After your visit to the Vancouver Aquarium, take a drive to the totem poles and Prospect Point, enjoy the Rose Garden and a miniature train ride. Make a day of it!

Animal Encounters and Tours

To purchase a gift certificate for an animal encounter or trainer tour phone (604) 659-3552 or 1-800-931-1186. You can also email programs@vanaqua.org. Please allow time for tickets to be mailed. The Bookings office is open between 8:30am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Certificates can also be purchased in person at the Membership Desk at the front entrance to the Aquarium.

Note:  Remember encounters and tours book quickly, phone (604) 659-3552 or 1-800-931-1186 to reserve your spot!!  For bookings made over the phone or by email, please allow 24 hours notice.  Within 24 hours, please check book onsite.
