Amenities & Services
The Vancouver Aquarium offers an array of amenities and services to make your visit
convenient and enjoyable. We offer the following conveniences onsite:
• ATM Cash Machine
• Rental lockers (accept $1 or $2 dollar coins)
• Change Tables in many of our washrooms
• Wheelchairs
• Strollers
• Walkways, ramps and elevators make for easy wheelchair and stroller access
• Lost Visitor Search Services within the Aquarium
• Kid’s Amenities and Clownfish Cove
• Eating and Shopping
• Visitor Information
Please note: We have a few wheelchairs and strollers and are offered for loan on a
first come first serve basis with a piece of ID or credit card.
Kids’ Amenities and Clownfish Cove
• If your little one gets hungry, our Upstream Cafe's daily menu include:
Bagels, fruit salad, hotdogs, Hamburgers, macaroni & cheese, and
chicken strips!
• Critter Corners and Family Fun programming are offered daily.
• Watch a puppet show, explore our Animal Care Hospital, and create fun arts
and crafts in Clownfish Cove.

The Gift Shop at the Vancouver Aquarium: Vancouver's Splashiest Shopping Experience! Exquisite and uncommon
aquatic gifts and West Coast hospitality.

Online Shopping: Can't wait to come here and experience these shops in person? No
problem, make your way over to the Gift Shop Online! With every purchase made
you are doing something special for the environment by supporting the Vancouver Aquarium's
many aquatic conservation programs. Thank you for your support. We are open 9:30 to 5:30pm. For inquiries please phone us at 604-659-3538.
UpStream Cafe: The perfect spot to enjoy a beverage or relax with a casual meal. Our
UpStream Cafe offers daily specials and a variety of delicious snacks for every member of your
family. We are open 9:30 to 4:30pm.
SubShop: Relax and enjoy a snack or beverage at the cappuccino bar while you browse
through our great selection of aquatic books, toys, and CD's. We
are open from 9:30am to 4:30 pm.
Adopt an Orca: The B.C. Wild Killer Whale Adoption Program helps to provide funding for wild
