Our Gift Shop offers fun and memorable aquatic-themed gifts for all ages. As a non-profit organization, your purchases directly fund our research, education and conservation programs. We’re open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Vancouver Aquarium members also receive a 20 percent discount on every purchase.

The main Vancouver Aquarium Gift Shop offers a wide variety of items, including toys, clothing, books, home décor, jewelry, Inuit art and souvenirs. Meanwhile, the SubShop Café, carries a wide range of books for children, as well as educational and aquatic reference books. You can find the SubShop on the lower level of the Vancouver Aquarium.

Make responsible purchasing decisions by looking for the green, red, and yellow signs in the Vancouver Aquarium Gift Shop that showcase B.C. and Canadian Made products, and/or products that contain Sustainable attributes.

The Aquarium’s commitment to conservation guides how we operate our store. Our Gift Shop recycles the majority of all packaging (paper, plastic, Styrofoam, cardboard, etc) and offer reusable, non-woven bags as an alternative to plastic bags. We also offer hundreds of sustainable, environmentally friendly, and B.C./Canadian made products, and use the proceeds from purchases to directly fund our education, conservation and research programs.
