We offer a wide range of services and facilities at the Vancouver Aquarium so that you can focus on enjoying your visit to its fullest. Whether you’re looking for a delicious (and sustainably sourced) bite to eat, or you need to find that perfect gift for a loved one, visit our cafés and gift stores. We also offer additional services, such as wheelchairs and strollers, to ensure that our facility is accessible to all.
The main Vancouver Aquarium Gift Store offers a vast range of gifts, including toys, clothing, books, home décor, jewelry and Inuit art. Our Subshop Café also carries a wide range of children's and educational books.
We offer a number of services on-site to ensure that your visit is convenient and enjoyable, including ATM cash machines, small rental lockers, washroom change tables, wheelchairs and strollers (on a first-come-first-served basis).
The Aquarium offers a wide variety of food for all tastes. Our Upstream Café uses biodegradable and compostable dishes and utensils, and all earned revenues directly support our education, conservation and research initiatives.
Most of our facility is fully accessible. We offer wheelchairs (on a first-come, first-served basis) and allow Service Dogs. We have also built walkways, ramps, elevators and accessible washrooms throughout the Aquarium.
