Electronic Field Trip

Welcome to the first electronic field trip from the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre's partnership project: the BC Hydro Salmon Stream Project in Stanley Park.

On November 9, 2000, eleven schools from around British Columbia connected on-line with the Aquarium via the Provincial Learning Network (PLNet). Their journey was part of an exciting study about Pacific salmon and salmon habitat conservation.

Students from all over British Columbia can now visit the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre with the push of a button!
