Our Executive Chef Ned Bell has prepared a wide variety of menu options that allow you to create your own menu with a seated buffet dinner. We are happy to create a custom menu tailored towards your event. Our goal is to offer a dining experience as exceptional as the Aquarium itself. Please select from our menu choice or discuss your selection with one of our Event Planners. Our planning professionals strive to meet each individual needs.

Seated Buffet Dinner Menu Options

Buffet dinner includes your choice of two appetizers, two sides, one vegetarian entree, two entrees, assorted cakes, fruits and freshly brewed organic and fair trade coffee and selection of teas.

Price per person $70.00

*All proteins are hormone free*

All prices are per person and are subject to applicable taxes and gratuities. Price may be changed without notice.

Maximum duration is 2 hours. Please ask your Event Planner for our seasonal or additional vegetarian options.

Seafood pricing is based on availability. Menus are seasonal and subject to change. Please confirm exact menu items with your Event Planner. Seated buffet dinners are priced for a minimum of 50 guests or a surcharge of $7.00 per person will apply.

Carving Station (chef at station)

Enhance your dinner buffet by:
Add a Carving Station per person $18.00
Substitute a protein entrée for a Carving Station per person $5.00

Carving Station includes a chef at the station. All carving items are served with a selection of mustards, horseradish and assorted rolls.

  • Roasted Beef Strip loin, Red Wine Jus (GF)

  • Rack of Lamb, Green Olive Tapenade, Sundried Tomato Mayo 

*Our gravy and jus are not gluten free.

Enhance your dessert station by adding all of the below:
