Menu Items

Our culinary team has prepared a wide variety of menu options that allow you to create your own menu with a seated buffet dinner. We are happy to create a custom menu tailored towards your event. Our goal is to offer a dining experience as exceptional as the Aquarium itself. Please select from our menu choice or discuss your selection with one of our Event Planners. Our planning professionals strive to meet each individual needs.

Seated Buffet Dinner Menu Options

Create your own buffet menu by selecting from the following à la carte list. Our buffets are served with a selection of artisan rolls.

All prices are per person and are subject to applicable taxes and gratuities. Price may be changed without notice.

Maximum duration is 2 hours. Please ask your Event Planner for our seasonal or additional vegetarian options.

Seafood pricing is based on availability. Menus are seasonal and subject to change. Please confirm exact menu items with your Event Planner. Seated buffet dinners are priced for a minimum of 50 guests or a surcharge of $7.00 per person will apply. 

Salads

2 choices - $9.50 per person

3 choices - $13.00 per person

  • Traditional Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, croutons with housemade dressing
  • Mesclun Spring Salad – Organic mixed greens, seasonal fresh vegetables with housemade creamy balsamic vinaigrette
  • Grilled Vegetable Spinach Salad – Seasonal grilled vegetable, goat cheese with housemade creamy balsamic vinaigrette
  • Tomato Bocconcini – Diced Roma tomatoes with bocconcini with pesto vinaigrette
  • Potato Salad – With herbed vinaigrette
  • Mediterranean Salad – Red peppers, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, and Romaine lettuce
  • Sesame Thai Noodle – Farkay noodles, medley of vegetables julienned in spicy Thai dressing 

Carving Station

1 choice - $14.00 per person

2 choices - $19.50 per person

  • Alberta baron of beef – served with red wine jus
  • Rosemary roasted leg of lamb – served with mint jelly and red wine jus
  • Baron of bison – served with red wine jus
  • Roasted pork loin – served with red wine jus
  • Prime Rib (served medium) - Market Price
  • Roasted boneless turkey (seasonal) –  served with sage & onion stuffing andpan au jus –Market Price

All carving stations are served with selection of mustards, with horseradish, and assorted rolls. Prices include chef at station.

Premium Buffet Entrées

1 choice - $12.00 per person

2 choices - $16.00 per person

  • Ocean Wise herb crusted salmon with white wine butter sauce
  • Flatiron steak with wild mushrooms
  • Coq Au Vin – braised chicken in red wine sauce
  • Beef short ribs braised in red wine sauce
  • Pork tenderloin medallions on braised red cabbage and apples
  • Ocean Wise halibut (seasonal) with citrus miso sauce on a bed of bok choy - Market Price

Deluxe Buffet Entrées

1 choice - $9.00 per person

2 choices - $12.00 per person

  • Polenta with a medley of seasonal vegetables in a rich red pepper tomato sauce (vegan & gluten free)
  • Roasted lemon & thyme chicken
  • Penne in a rich red pepper marinara sauce with feta cheese
  • Ocean Wise smoked salmon fusilli with lemon cream sauce
  • Beef or vegetarian lasagna

2 choices - $8.00 per person

3 choices - $11.50 per person

  • Seasonal vegetables steamed with lemon butter
  • Honey buttered baby carrots
  • Creamy mashed potatoes

Platters

2 choice - $15.00 per person

3 choices - $17.50 per person

  • Ocean Wise smoked salmon & dill creamed cheese with Artisan crackers
  • Antipasto Platter – Roasted red peppers, marinated vegetables, herbed feta, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, salami & cornichons
  • Canadian cheese board - Chef’s selection of cheeses & Artisan crackers
  • Fresh crudités with a selection of dips
  • Crab & artichoke dip with French baguette
  • Charcuterie Platter – Capicola, salami, Black Forest ham and smoked turkey served with assorted mustards and dinner rolls
