Have an incredible dining experience at the Vancouver Aquarium with a rich variety of plated dinners to choose from. Our culinary team has prepared a wide variety of dinner items for every taste and occasion. We are happy to create a custom menu tailored towards your event. Our goal is to offer a dining experience as exceptional as the Aquarium itself. Please select from our menu choice or discuss your selection with one of our Event Planners. Our planning professionals strive to meet each individual needs.

Plated Dinners

Dinner includes one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert with artisan rolls, freshly brewed organic and fair trade coffee and selection of teas.

Note that the appetizer, accompaniment and dessert selection must be the same for all guests.

Additional entrée choice is possible; please ask your event planner for details as additional fees may apply.

Appetizer

Ocean wise tuna tataki
Seared albacore tuna on a bed of mixed greens, shredded daikon with citrus ponzu sauce

Ocean wise crab cakes
Dungeness crab cakes lightly breaded and seared served on fresh artisan green with housemade chipotle aioli

Smoked salmon antipasto
Ocean wise Smoked salmon served with creamy herb cream cheese, pickled onions, capers and crostini

Traditional Caesar salad
Crispy romaine hearts housemade dressing with fresh shaved parmesan cheese and herbed croutons

Artisan mixed greens
Fresh artisan mixed greens served with housemade balsamic dressing and crispy crostini

Grilled Portabella spinach salad
Misty Mountain portabella mushrooms, roasted red pepper, capriny goat cheese with our house made balsamic dressing

Tomato rocket panzanella salad (seasonal)
Sliced tomato, arugula, red onion, baby bocconcini and herbed croutons with housemade vinaigrette

Tomato basil soup
Puree of roasted tomato with basil infused
