Set against the magical backdrop of the Aquarium at night, dine on the 10 finalists' delicious Ocean Wise chowders whilst enjoying paired local beer tasters individually chosen by the chefs themselves. In addition to the chefs' beer pairing, we are excited to offer guests beer tastings from 5 members of the Craft Brewers Association of BC.
