SUPPORT THE DAN SNOOK TRUST FOUNDATION - A BOY AFTER THE SEA
 A Boy after the Sea is a tribute to Dan Snook, a young man who loved fishing and who loved to cook. It is an enticing collection of recipes from our oceans, rivers and lakes provided by 26 internationally known chefs from 14 different countries. They represent some of the most creative chefs in the world and their diverse approaches to fish and seafood makes for fascinating reading, but not just for other chefs – 232 pages of stunning photography and fantastic recipes ensure that it will appeal to cooks at every level. A perfect gift for all occasions.
The proceeds of the book will go entirely to the Dan Snook Trust Foundation, dedicated to helping young people from all walks of life overcome hurdles to improve their lives.
