Renew a Membership

When renewing your membership online, we recommend that you create a Username and Password so that you can log in from now on. The login allows you to connect directly with your current Vancouver Aquarium Membership record, so that you can view your type of membership (Individual Adult, Family etc.) and the current expiry date, while you renew.

The login steps are as follows:

• create a login and password
• wait 48 hours for your login to come into effect, while our database checks you against other members with the same name to protect your privacy and make sure the correct information is presented to you when you renew
• once your login has been confirmed and registered, you will receive an email confirming your password
• you are now able to renew your membership and you will see details of your current membership as you do so
• You can also make changes to your profile anytime you log in, such as updating your address or contact information.
• Once you have a Username and Password, you can use them for all the years of your membership. You do not need to create them each year.

If you haven’t yet created your account, please click the new user registration on the Welcome page. This form will create your Username and Password. Create your account now.
