Challenge to Park Board Ban

On June 14, 2017, Vancouver Aquarium commenced a legal proceeding in the B.C. Supreme Court to overturn a Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation bylaw amendment that bans cetaceans from Vancouver Aquarium’s marine science centre in Stanley Park.
