Marine Mammals And Their World

Recommended for Grades 6-7
Dive in with us as we explore the fascinating world of marine mammals. In this program, students gain a sense of wonder and appreciation for the lives of marine mammals. Your class will get a close look at our marine mammals in our galleries (Cetaceans, Pinnipeds, and Mustelids) as they make their own observations. They will learn to compare and contrast themselves with marine mammals and explore the ways that marine mammal adaptations support an aquatic existence. The program also aims to instill a sense of stewardship for marine mammals and ocean ecosystems.
