We appreciate that the upcoming teachers’ strike may be challenging for parents with young children. We’d like to help.
We’ve set up a unique AquaCamp program aimed at students ages 5 to 13 for March 5 to 7. Children will be divided into age-appropriate groups for their learning level. Through hands-on exploration, your kids will learn about marine science, interact with ocean life and connect with the natural world.
AquaCamp is limited to 180 students. Our members price for this three-day AquaCamp program is $225 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or $300 for 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Optional lunch will be available to students at a cost of $7 per day.
Registration for our AquaCamp program will be accepted online on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Friday, March 2 at 10 a.m.
As a marine science centre, the Vancouver Aquarium has a rich history of supporting local parents. While we have a limited capacity, we hope to bring smiles to the students that are able to join us next week.
