The Vancouver Aquarium also has its very own hospital for sick, injured, or orphaned marine mammals. This fall you can meet Vancouver Aquarium’s family of rescued marine animals, including dolphins, harbour seals, sea otters and even a sea turtle. Learn about the unique stories behind their rescues and their extraordinary fight to beat the odds. Daisy the Porpoise

Daisy, a harbour porpoise, was just four weeks old when she was found stranded near Victoria, B.C. For a limited time, you can meet this amazing animal during a new daily show that highlights not only her dramatic rescue, but also her incredible fight for survival.

You can also meet Tanu, the youngest of the sea otters, who was orphaned as a pup near the coast of Alaska. Plus, learn about the amazing story of Helen—a Pacific white-sided dolphin who made a remarkable recovery after she was rescued from a fishing net.
