May 29, 2013 - We as humans are all inextricably linked to the natural world, and the ecosystems in which we live. Join us as we partner with the Peter Wall Institute to bring you the award winning geographer, Dr. Derek Gregory.
June 5, 2013 - Join the Vancouver Aquarium and World Wildlife Fund for an evening presentation by one of the world’s premier experts on marine protected areas. Erich Hoyt, the author of, “Orca, The Whale Called Killer”, will be talking about how we protect the ocean habitat of highly mobile whales and dolphins.
Spring 2013 - Dreamnight is a special opportunity for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families to visit the Aquarium. This year, 500 children were able to interact with our marine creatures in an unforgettable evening.
June 1, 2013 - Celebrate accessibility at the Aquarium. One of our main goals is to allow visitors to experience and enjoy the wonders of aquatic life to their fullest potential and this day will do just that.
June 6, 2013 - Experience the peace and tranquility of our galleries without the kids! Join us for an adult-only evening and enjoy special programming and hands-on learning.
Fall 2013 - Overfishing is the biggest threat to our oceans today. Join us in November for our annual Ocean Wise Seafood Chowder Chowdown and support the Vancouver Aquarium’s efforts to keep our oceans healthy.

Night at the Aquarium is the Vancouver Aquarium’s signature gala fundraiser to raise money to benefit the Aquarium's many education, conservation and marine science endeavors. This high-profile evening will provide Vancouver's philanthropic and corporate leaders with a unique way of experiencing the Aquarium as the magical backdrop for a splendid gala evening.
The Vancouver Aquarium hosts its annual wine-tasting and food-sampling event, Toast to the Coast, every fall. Experience some of the newest and hottest Ocean Wise restaurants while sipping on delicious B.C. wines. Funds raised will benefit Aquarium education and conservation initiatives.

On the second Saturday of each month, members can attend Super Saturdays. We open an hour early for members to enjoy peaceful galleries and specialty programming, line-up free.

Twilight Tuesdays provide a unique opportunity for our members to join us for a fun-filled evening after hours. Enjoy special entertainment, visit our Wet Lab for some hands-on exploration and learning or get creative at our craft and face painting stations.
