Work Experience
In addition to providing
stellar programming to our community program participants,
BCTC AquaVan educators provide work experience opportunities for
Science Career Prep students across British Columbia and Alberta.
The insight into animal and systems maintenance, as well as
training in aquatic education, provides secondary
students with new technical skills and hands-on educational
experiences. BCTC AquaVan educators act as role models in the fields
of marine ecology, research and education for these young
men and women.
